Jacquelyn Fournier’s paintings explore the links among landscape, memory and imagination. Her influences range from Italian artist Giorgio Morandi to J.M Whistler.

Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Fournier earned a BFA from the University of Rhode Island and a MFA from the Massachusetts College of Art. She has exhibited throughout New England as well as in Philadelphia and Hilton Head, South Carolina.

Fournier was a member of Hera Gallery, one of the first women’s cooperative galleries in the country. She served on the Board of Trustees for the Attleboro Art Museum, and has written articles and reviews for a number of regional publications.

Jacquelyn Fournier lives and works in Attleboro, Massachusetts.
